We want you to be fully satisfied with your Terence Hill Official Store purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange any unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
